Graham Ellis, Melksham, WiltshireGraham Ellis works as a trainer (teaching PHP, Perl, MySQL, Java, Python, C, C++, Lua, Ruby, Linux and Tcl/Tk) for Well House Consultants. In his spare time (!), Graham enjoys skiing, walking, canal boating and many other activities ... although he's a bit of a geek and probably spends rather longer than he should at his screen, and less time than he should at other activities. Screen activities involve campaigning for an improved local train service (see here and here). Graham is in love with (and married to) Lisa, with whom he works, and they have two sons and a daughter. A few years ago, Lisa and Graham were busy restoring one of the old "Spa Houses" that was built in Melksham in around 1813 when it was hoped that the town would rival Bath as a popular watering hole. No 404, the Spa, is in a four story building that had been sadly neglected for the previous 30 years. Now, it's a spacious home and head office for Well House Consultants where Graham and Lisa Ellis will be delighted to welcome you if you visit there for pleasure or on business. Outgrowing 404, Well House Consultants now runs its training courses at Well House Manor - our own hotel and training centre in Melksham. Completely refurbished in 2006, Well House Manor boasts five superb bedrooms, two Conference rooms ... Graham is a member of the Community Area Partnerhip's steering committee, vice chair of the Melksham Railway Development Group, and president of Melksham Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has been invited to stand as a local councillor, but has declined based on his already-full schedule, his lack of knowledge in areas such as health, schools, and planning, and his desire to remain independently able to express his own views.
