Laying out a vegetarian lunch

When providing a lunch that includes a vegetarian option, don't leave the vegetarian-specific food at the front of the table / entrance to the serving flow, but rather put it a little back. That's not because I want to push the vegetarians off to one side - it's because I want suitable food to be available to them even if they're not at the front of the queue!
