A hectic week... a Python course, a regular expression course and meetings on Monday (MRDG), Tuesday (Chamber of Commerce) and Thursday (West Wilts Rail User Group) left little or no time to write. Saturday - a long day; an 05:45 departure from Melksham and a flight to Los Angeles... now installed at Hermosa Beach for thanksgiving, with Lisa's family.

I can't help comparing the hotel and the staff with our team, and I have to say our team win on just about every count. No great lessons or ideas to bring back yet, just some things for me to say "don't you ever let me find you doing THAT" ... but then I don't need to say it, because I can't imagine that I would. And I note we're fully booked for 3 days this week, for next Saturday night, and have just one room free for the following Saturday night - so we must be doing something right!
