A course is more than just a chap giving a lecture

There's so much more to running a training company than presenting the material. There's specifying the course, planning the content, writing and updating the notes, taking bookings, checking that the course is right and that the customer needs are met, ensuring that the tutor knows the subject really well ... and for courses where delegates come to us, checking that the rooms are ready, directions are given, lifts arranged, dietary needs logged and actioned. And after the course, there's following p with any outstanding invoicing for "account customers" and chasing that minority (these days) with the appalling habit of not paying until strongly reminded to do so.
Much of this goes on behind the scenes - but some is visible to the delegate and course booker (or at least those people want to know about them) - so that information is provided on this site. Some of it's here in pictures too, and I have been labelling up some images (long overdue!) this morning.
See students on courses at our centre, an on site course in mexico, other courses away from base, Delegates relaxing outside course hours, How the trainer is trained, and pictures of students on my recent course in Germany.
If you click on the images on this page, you'll see them full size. They show our Well House Manor training centre - outside last month, and inside - our "Wilts" training room where we take up to 8 delegates on public courses. The final picture shows one of our bedrooms - bedrooms are available to delegates at an extra 60 pounds per room per night, including breakfast.
