A non-technical thought today ... it's been a very busy week (and, yes, I still have a Linux Basics day to do today. I love giving programming courses. Last week was Python and next week is Perl - an extended private advanced course. Plenty of good practicals and the whole thing Jells. But this week has been much more "admin" topics - MySQL on Monday and Tuesday and Apache httpd and Tomcat Deployment on Wednesday and Thursday - both course which are 60% talk 40% practical rather than the other way.
Success breeds success, though. We set ourselves perfection as a goal (and, of course never reach it). I think we get nearer than most, and we constantly strive. Like climbing towards a high peak - once you're well up there, each subsequent step, small though it may appear, takes you even higher.
